Sorry for reviving an old thread, but i think it beats starting a new one on the same topic?
I also battled with mine for a while, but am now quite close to where i want to be with a single 0.6 zipper.
I have it quite close to the post and as high as it will go. ie just beyond the top of post screws.
I am using the duel airflow, and have the coil starting in line with the last rifling groove, so nearly between both groove sets.
I still feel i could get a bit more out of her, hence reviving an old thread, once again sorry.
so is there any new wisdom on this delicate lady?

Got one of these to taste flavours for my diy juice and couldnt get much consistancy from it no matter where i positioned the coil, i tried 10-15 builds and none worked how i would like. So i modded my vortice a bit by drilling holes in the "vortex" channels... I can't believe how well it performs now with no loss in flavour, unbelievable vape now.

I have the vortice RDA not the best atty to start building on but it can be made to work if you try.

My first try at a build on the vortice hop it ok.We all have to start sum ware
