But they are totally different to what i have preferred in the past.

Two beautiful mods. What wood is that in Cadmans?

Lots of woods the band in the top cap could be. Maybe Maple since the top of the caps and body are Maple Burl.

Hear that... bought 24 Reos in 11 months (9 of them Woodvil's), now need me some VRMods.

Wow, that was a little flurry! lol. Cadmans wood is Burl maple, I wish the pics could show just how complex this wood is, very neutral colours but there is a shimmer to it that few other timbers seem to have. Those caps on Houndb's mod have aluminum sandwitched between the copper sheets.

My block didn't even make the podium.

They sell one of those a month, so you can still watch for one. They do the same for other colors, too.
