This mod is in series configuration (8.4v) with solid brass and the remainder of Distrorto's coolibar block that was too small for a squonker, with the small voids are filled with resin and brass filings for a little bling on close inspection. The result is an outstanding design for tanks or drippers with high resistance builds (.75 ohms gives around 80w on fresh batts).
The central rod holds the caps in place so that the battery screws can keep the batts under constant contact pressure, with the delrin spacer on the switch side ensuring a crisp non-adjustable switch, and self adjusting 510 pos pin (protrudes 3mm or so when the atty is fitted).
I have put this one through it's paces for 3 or 4 days, and I'm very happy with the design, and it will be an option from now on.

Finished dimensions are 84x48x25mm.

This mod is up for grabs for the first person to put their hand up!

superglue back into place with a quality CA will be just as good. Just be sure that the magnet and mating surface are free of skin oils etc...

Yep... That's how I fixed mine....been several months now and no issues
