VTBox 200 issues

Just recently got a new VTbox and it won't work with my Arctic tank. Wouldn't work with my Herkales Sense at first either but i tightened the atomizer in the tank and it suddenly started working perfectly. My Aspire which has a longer connection than everything else i own works fine on the VT, too.

Is this a size issue? Does anyone else have problems with the VTbox connecting with your tanks and atty's?

Mine has worked with everything I have put on it, including a 29mm dripper that won't work on anything else I have tried it on. Could it be that the 510 center pin is stuck down bit? Have you tried (gently) pushing down on the center pin (I prefer to use a Q-tip versus something metal)? My wife's Sigelei acted like it wasn't working but a little push on the center pin freed it up to make good contact. Just a thought.

One problem I've had with my 510 was it fell out, It's one of the first batch and is glued in. The other complaint I have with my 510 is the travel of the 510 center pin is very short which causes most atty's I put on it to sit above the deck about 1mm but I've had no connection problems with any atty. I think I've read there are 3 different version builds at present.
