VTC4 developed spotting?

As the title reads one of my vtc's has developed some black spots under the cover. It may very well be juice that spilled in my carry case but wanted to see what everyone said in fear that it may be a sign of something that would deem it unsafe. It was purchased from a reputable B&M (not ebay) 2 months ago and probably has 20 charges on it, just to squash that first reply :)

Looks like it may well be the same issue as in the thread DreamWithin linked to. FYI, in that thread, in post #21 I give information on how to re-wrap batteries.

Whatever is under the wrapper is not a safety issue IMO. If it gets way worse or just bugs you, you can re-wrap and try to keep juice off it going forward.
