Is it just sonys that are being reported? I have sonys, but I only use them to pulse and dry burn. My daily batteries are mnkes and they don't have signs like the ones shown and they are almost close to a year of use. I'm usually at 0.4 on my builds so it's not super low to be compared to the usage of the batteries being affected in this thread.

So far it's only the Sonys and IMO we have two different issues going on just to make things a bit more interesting. The thing is other batteries could also be spotting but you might never know it because their heat shrink wraps are not translucent enough.

Agreed, I noticed most other batteries have solid, opaque wrappers.
