Supplier note:

Please note that although these batteries contain a Sony VTC4 cell inside, they are approximately 1mm taller than a standard flat top VTC4. Please see the comparison photographs to get a better idea of the size difference.

I plan to use these in my soon to be ordered Sigelei 100W box. I'm hoping the extra 1mm won't make a difference. i already have a cache of VTC5 cells and Samsung 25Rs but wanted to start the Sigelei off with two fresh matched pairs of cells. Couldn't find a better price on the VTC4s than Origin. Most places that have them in-stock want $10+ each. My local B&M sells them for $16 each.

i have no clue. I won't be using them until my Sigelei 100 hits the mail box. I'll post my impressions at that point. All I really know is the XTAR/Sony partnership is a real thing and that's good enough for me assuming the batteries fit in the stupid box mod. If they don't fit in the box, I'll use them in my mech.

Good luck. All my box mods are a tight fit. I did get some authentic vtc5s today at a local B&M, but I paid through the nose. However, after getting a bunch of fakes from a vendor here, I want to inspect them in person from now on. They had one they had unwrapped for customers to mess with.

I bought some of these from http://www.xtardirect.com/collectio...c4-18650-2100mah-battery-unprotected-flat-top for about the same price because their shipping was 2.00. I am now concerned that they will not fit my ipv3 that I am expecting. I did not really need the batteries but figured with the shortage I might want to have an additional matched set, and they would be handy for any additional mods I add. I am now contemplating if I should cancel my order based on size. I did not have the sizes available, but considering they are listing them as vtc4's I assumed they would be the same size as my green ones.
