I don't like dipping below 0.2 by much, though do have a 0.16 ohm build on the Magma, and vapes quite well. 100 watts seems to be my upper end, then I kind of whimp out. :D Still pushing it a tad, and will use my higher amp 26650 mods for extended vaping at that low. Only prob when vaping that low, it is easy to over drain the batts, heck when voltage drops to 3 volts, still putting out 50 watts or so, Well that and pushing to the limits thing, safety and all:D

where did you get a 26650 battery higher than 20A??? I cant seem to locate any.

the magma is designed for flavor.... not clouds. The airflow in a Magma is insufficient for clouding, going below ehhhh .4ish is going to produce a hot vape and trash your juice.... airflow is important, you need to keep the coils cool at the low ohm ranges.

Oh on the contraire dear Bunnykiller. Remove the ac ring, go to point two, vertical builds and the magma can go quite low with no air or heat issues. True not the best Cloud chaser, but if one is chasing total vape satisfaction, it's a tough one to beat, great falvor, large drip well, and ample plumes of vape, though no lightning and thunder, but precipitation is highly likely, or something like that.

Now if they would design an dripping tank for it, I'd be all over that, lickity split.!!! .4 is ok, if you're going to regulate it at 6 volts or better, but yeah, can handle 0.2-0.15 ohms no problemo, least it vapes quite well for me that low:D

I picked up some Imren on the Bay, when they were on sale, ~45 amps continuous and 60 amp max, 3600 mah's. There's another brand that the local vape shop carries, new manufacturer, but can't remember the name, will ask him next time I stop by, but have been very happy with the Imren's, very nice stats, and putting out the power demands.

I have a magma... and I find that duals 26ga below .4 ish is too warm and the juice becomes bitter in short order and I have the AF ring removed... and I dont believe in going below .25 ohms... just too much stress on the batteries.... just because a battery can do 30 amps doesnt mean it is made to do it all the time...

The amperage is likely underated and stated that way so the manufacturer can cover their you know what. I agree its not for everyone though and I would much rather see most people be safe than sorry. Granted. I vape 1.6 to 2.0 very often with vtc5s and have had zero issues. They barely get luke warm. I usually plop them back in the charger when they hit 3.7ish.
