Okay, the name is in honor of purelyscientific's signature. This recipe actually started as an accident. I had a mix of :

6 drops of Black & Mild (VZ)
2 drops of Ethyl Maltol (WL)
2 drops of Coconut (WL)

and for reasons best left unsaid, I somehow managed to combine it with :

20 drops of Chocolate (WL)
20 drops of Peanut Butter (VZ)

Decided to vape it before I tossed it and Whoa! Hang on there Sparky, I think we got something here. So here it is :

60PG/40VG 6mg Nic to make 15mls.

0.9ml Nicotine Liquid 10%/100mg
6.96ml PG
4.14ml VG
0.75ml Black & Mild (VZ)
0.75ml Chocolate (WL)
0.75ml Peanut Butter (VZ)
0.60ml Coconut (WL)
0.15ml Ethyl Maltol (WL)

You may want to add some Graham Cracker to it. Just a smidge. Let it steep to bring out the Chocolate.

The first version can be speed steeped with hot water or an ultrasonic if you have one. Maybe a drop or two of Graham Cracker. I am trying, with the second recipe, to get that elusive nutty back flavor you get with BB or 555. Needs a long steep to really bring up the chocolate. Impatience has ruined several of my mixing attempts. :p

Oh man.... Patience is not one of my strongeest suits...lol.... I understand though, I have made some TFA double chocolate and it does take some time for the chocolate to shine through....

Quickest steeping method would be to place your juice bottle in a cup of boiling water with the cap OFF.

Works like a charm.

When you steep with heat, your expanding the different molecules of flavor allowing them to combine quicker. Too hot and it's like distilling, and with an open top your just steaming away all the flavor. The water should be just the hot side of warm and the top should be on whatever vessel your using for containment. The vapor produced will gather on the bottom of the lid and drip back into the liquid instead of steaming away.

This precludes the use of alcohol. It's a different game with alcohol in the mix, which you want to burn-off. Takes just the right touch or you'll lose some flavor, your mix will bubble up, and you'll wind up with something that tastes completely different from what you hoped for at the start.

That's why you place the boiling water in a cup or other container. The temperature becomes low enough that vaporization of ingredients does not occur.

It allows the juice to breathe while the flavor molecules quickly bond and expansion occurs. Its the fastest method I've found to both steep and remove any perfume taste out of my mixes.

The second fastest method I use is to drop the bottle in a cup of boiling water ... let it sit 5-10 mins, shake the bottle, open the cap and pinch the bottle, screw the cap back on and drop it once again in hot/boiling water. Repeat a couple of times and then let the bottle sit with the cap off for 12-24 hours.

Removing the cap is the only method of quick steeping I have found that completely eliminates chemical/perfume tastes.

Okay, this is what I've learned. Over 200 degrees Fahrenheit will cause the molecular action to speed up to the point that the flavor molecules foam off into their respective coagulation points. You get a foamy scum of separate flavors. These will not re-coagulate with the mix no matter how much you stir. Heating again you lose more flavor. At 150 degrees Fahrenheit you can open the container to let ethanol evaporate rather than steam-off the good stuff at higher temperatures.

This does not apply if you live in Denver, CO USA due too oxygen depredation, altitude sickness and a different atmospheric pressure.:)
