VV Coffin Box Mod

I just saw the jeffakaslinger tube video of the vv coffin box mod and LOVED it! I'm going to try my own build of it using the same cigarette case. Using the "poorvari" schematic, by donptal, I found on this site, it says to heat sink the lm350t.

What exactly do I use to heat sink it?

If this is a silly question, sorry, I'm new to this. I did build a simple mod out of a Nintendo controller using the "puck" schematics 4AAA NiMH batts and it works good. Just looking to build variable voltage now using 2 Ultrafire protected 14500's.
