Why does everyone keep making sport of salmon? I have a long sleeve, Ariat shirt in salmon that I wear on occasion to go dancing. The first time, and the first time only some of the boys commented on my pink shirt. I explained to them that as flatlanders they wore pink shirts but real rem wore salmon shirts.

Some were not quite convinced by my theory but after explaining to them that any disagreement would be settled with a kick in the privates with a frozen boot. I'm happy to report that the dance hall is now in complete agreement with me. The ladies liked it even without the threat robust fashion edification.

Should a salmon colored VV Grand ever happen to be constructed I'll buy it and use it proudly... yes, in public.

(I hope some of the boys say something, us old people need excitement.)

Happened to see the mail lady when driving by the mail boxes today. Stopped and told her I'd be receiving a signature required package this week. She gave me a blank card to pre-sign and will leave Rob's present in my locked box.

It always helps when you leave a little something in the mailbox for her at Christmas. She actually drove my first one up the dirt road to my house 'cause she knew I had just broken my back and wasn't getting around.

A very nice, very attractive woman... too bad she's married.

Rob doesn't like polishing mods. It's dirty work! That's why I think they are special. He is trying every paint trick he can for us to stop begging us to polish them. I want that black/polished grand you had up in the classifieds so bad. So bad. Good thing i just spent all my money on VV.

Maybe charge a little more for them. I know i would pay. Something about that chrome look that I just love. maybe because it doubles as a great makeup mirror.
I placed my order so i have a VV Grand on the way.

Maybe down the road I can talk Rob in at least a polished door for the Grand. ;) I am just so happy to be getting a VV Grand. I have been waiting forever but almost missed them this round and luckily just stumbled onto the site the day after they went on sale. I love my VV Woodvil but I am always agraid to use it around the kids so this Grand is gonna be awesome!! Thanks Rob for all your hard work on making these.

Yes mom is my new recruit she helped with the shipping . She is still in training so I have someone to blame when you end up with a manly salmon mini instead of your black vv grand

 well I guess we can't blame Wayne for every thing :D

Hello Karla I understand people want the polished mods .To be fair to me I would have to charge more there very time consuming. I have a two man operation and time is something I never have . I always sneak a few polished mods in the mix when I have time and I am sure down the road I will do the same with the vv grands .

That oak woodvil you have is not as fragile as you may think that oak is really durable compared to most wood mods don't be afraid to use it :)
