Not at all. I remembered that the only e-cigs that were out were the 3-piece kits. Oh, that was awful.....

Really grateful for all the improvements in e-cig technology and how far it has come within a short span of only five years.

LOL been there. We started on a Blu cig.

Have you ever try to vape 6ml of juice using carts and try to quit the smokes at the same time LOL what a PITA.

I remember when Cartos were a pipe dream and LR attys just came out $15 each and did not last long. The were to hot. I used every cart mod out there none of them worked very well. The Ego was just being talked about. all battery's were auto and dripping on them usually shorted the battery due to the hole in the battery connection.

juice was not local but Chines junk juice (that is what we called it) Tobacco and Menthol were the primary flavors.

The Ecig world has come a long way. I envoy the new vapors its much easier these days.

Isn't it amazing how blue or Smoke51 kits are still out there and people are still buying them. Never tried to vape 6ml of juice since I only bought the pre-filled carts at the time. But, LOL I do remember trying to switch between that and cigs.

I swear I HATED carts. Always ended up with a mouth full of juice LOL Started back in 2008 and never knew that the ECF existed back then. So, I never heard of cartos back then nor LR atties and egos. All I remembered then was the 3 piece kits.

Went back to cigarettes until last April since vaping didn't work out for me at that time. Did remember that the "menthol" tasted more chemicals in that juice then the cigs I was smoking LOL

Found the ECF when googled "best e-cig" and this forum showed up and completely blew my mind. Never knew all this stuff existed and much better vaping was in general from when I had started.

Word, WORD! I got suckered by Blu....then I got suckered AGAIN when BLU started using cartomizers. I thought, "Well, they realized that their product was crap.....maybe it'll be better this time." I bought some cartomizers and of course, it was still crap. I had been seeing adds for other ecigs, I figured I'd try a different one. I searched for "ecig reviews" instead of "what is the best ecig." I got a small review site that reviewed nothing but cigarette sized ecigs. I settled on V2.....and yeah I got suckered....but it was kinda lucky really. I ordered the big kit....and it included a pass-through. The pass through is what convinced me that vaping could work if I found the right hardware. What I went back to google for was knowledge of how to refill what I was still calling cartridges (they don't use the word cartomizer in the rip off world). I stumbled in to ECF, found the live chat, and ordered 3 mods over the course of a month. I've still got two of them......I use the infinity to test new diy juices, but the reo is what has kept me off the cigarettes.

Hooray for quality products. The mech reo filled my needs....now the VV reo will start filling in some of my "wants."

vv woodvil prototype I was determined to get this done today . For some reason the snow didn't care that I wanted to use my vv woodvil . No finish a dry box .I buggered the vv chip cover its mine I can live with it I wanted to vape it . I may end up using plastic for the vv cover . I had to make the mod a whisker taller then a standard woodvil you can see in the first pic .
I have to say I am really enjoying this mod :vapor:

It was good that your second kit came with a passthrough. I'm sure that's a whole lot better then what I had when I bought my 3-piece kit. Funny thing was all of that cost me $100 bucks. Didn't know anything about ecigs at the time but, I always did have a thing for new technology.

It's great that you were more persistent about making ecigs work for you. A lot of people, including me had quit after having a bad experience the first time around. Made some great choices with the Infinity and REO. They're pretty much all a person needs when they vape. Congrats on your success of being cig free!

Interdasting......this is the first mention of price point that I can remember. It will be interesting to see what will come of it. Anyone without direct contact with Rob wanna guess before we get the official word?

Not going to take a guess it will confuse people when Rob dose post the final price.

I wouldn't dare try to guess, but I can say that I wouldn't think twice at anything less than $225. Not that cost is really an object at this point... I will own one.

Good Day all .
I am certain that its going to be worth every red cent , regardless of the price that he comes out with .
the wait is killing me , and to add another 10-12 days after i buy , for it to reach India :(

warm regards
Sahil

So do we think it will be this month or next??

I am sure Rob will post an update soon. He has been working hard on the plans for the VV Grand and metal 18490 so he can get them off to the shop to build the metal bodes.

From talking to him last night he has the lay out for the VV Woodvils and has found a good spot for the on/off switch.

That's all I got for now like I said I am sure Rob will post an up date when he has time.
