so wait, which one of these batteries do we use? and one or two of both? I am more confused than ever. I am not that smart though so it makes sense. which one do we use one and which is two?
will the batteries we use for the woodvil and grand be the same?
This is what I have read to do also but it is so confusing. I would forget if I had A1 on top last time or A2. It caused so much confusion that I just grab 2 and got with it. If one dies I replace it, no big deal.
I believe AW 16340's will be the Batts to use, or you can use the ones that Buzz sells as well, I'm going to stick with AW's myself but I'm sure others will use the other Unprotected ones since there is built in protection but like I said I'm sticking to protected for safety reasons.
Thanks Ruppy I new one of you had the specsThey will fit in the vv grand perfectly
I'm guilty as charged- charge batteries, put them in the reo- take them out, charge them again and back in the reo...I'm gonna start rotating them better after reading this. I do have plenty of batteries at this point. When I carry them in the little black pouches I rotate them in the pouch with batteries turned with the nob on the bottom if they've been discharged... and from left right to left so I know which one was used and discharged first.I find a permanent marker works best or a sticker of some sort,,,, you should also give your Batts a rest in between use and charges, so when you take them out of a PV let them sit for a bit before you charge, same with using them let em sit for a bit, slamming them right in the PV and then right on the charger then back in the PV is like putting them in constant use. Another reason to have plenty Of sets of Batts not just one or 2 sets. I probably run 6-8 sets of Batts for each PV I'm running, I know all cant afford to do this but your Batts will last longer this way.
why do you think these are better than the 18000 series?
18000 ? I was talking about the RCR-123a powerizers, and just because the AW is protected or IMR, those other are not Protected, I know the electronics are too, but I have seen crazier things happen in my life and putting a PV up to my face as much as I do I will ONLY use protected Batts. Plus I just know sooner or later if I had those unprotected ones with as many Mods as I have and use I would accidentally put them in a mechanical Mod, so I'm only flying Protected !!!

So I think the news of being able to stack 18350s has put me solidly back in the camp of "I NEED ONE NOW!!!!!!!". The proposition of stacking 16340s was not making me happy at all. I currently stack 16340s in my VV Ali'i and I can't get through a work day of vaping. Carrying around a spare set of batteries is not fun for me. I think that extra 150 mAh may make the difference in running out at work and making it home with a bit of charge.
With the Buzz chip people are getting much better run time with the 16340's
The VV Ali'i has issues it was never wired right in the first place and pulls power even when your do not fire it draining the batter slowly over time. From what I have heard from the guy that is repairing them now that R@R is out of the mod game.
So IMO its not the batters that are failing you its the mod. I have had several of the R@R VV units and had the same issues. There now living with some one else![]()
I religiously use the on/off switch while I am at work and still end up running out of juice at around 6 hours of vaping. What I want is a battery setup that will last me all day of vaping, approximately 3-5ml of juice a day. If I can get that with the VV Reo then I am all in.
