Okay so I've been trying to find out what cartomizers to get for my Blu (thank you to those who answered) BUT..............I'm sitting here thinking I have all my empty cartomizers so why am I trying to get new ones? Wouldn't it make more sense to be getting new polyfill for them and start clean when my "juice" arrives? So my new BIG question is where do I get the fill and do I need some sort of wicking? Is there something special I should be using???

I'm sorry for all these questions but there is SO much information on this site I'm on overload!! I feel like I'm having eternal "Blonde" moments. :p You've all been great though so I appreciate your wisdom very much.

It's really difficult to "clean" cartomizers (IMHO)....and would be (to me) impossible (and a waste of time) to try to replace the polyfill in a cartomizer. They (cartomizers) are considered "disposable" and are relatively inexpensive. I believe that 510 cartomizers will work with the Blu batteries (didn't see the other discussion about finding cartos for the Blu, but I think that's right.) I'd get some 510 cartomizers (cheap: $8-$9 for 5) and fill them with new juice. You could use your old Blu cartomizers by just filling them with new juice. Keep the juices similar. For instance, put a fruit flavor in the cartos that were fruit flavors when they were new. The flavors will blend a little, but would probably be okay. Your old cartomizers and the new ones you get can be refilled several (5-10) times before they are just shot.

Again....trying to change the polyfill out in a carto is just nearly impossible and not worth it.

Hope this helps.

Welcome . You can also just try cleaning them . Put them in a small bowl with some vodka (cheap stuff) and let them sit for several hours . Remove them and blow out any residual vodka , and let them air dry over night . I have been doing this on carto's , and they have lasted for over a month , sometimes even longer . NOTE , I don't clean or rinse with water as it just rusts the wicks , whick makes them prone to popping .

+1 on JC Okie and Renzuli - some people clean them and some people don't. Changing out the batting - no go. Having been a new vaper and blazing through a ton of cartos and clearos to find my sweet spot and sweet PV - my biggest tip/advice is to find an inexpensive pv and atomizers so you can DRIP with and SAMPLE the new juices you get with it. I ruined so many cartos this way and even when I cleaned them - sometimes some juices you just can't get rid of the flavor. This way you avoid filling a carto and then finding out you don't like the juice. :D Once you get your juice stash narrowed down to favs - then use cartos/clearos. I'm lazy - I use Smok Tech cartos - keep the juices ID'd via drip tips - keep the cartos topped off after initial fill and they normally last me a few weeks - then I toss and grab a new one. A Riva 510 or Ego pv/650 mah are great little dripping devices. Dripping is also good for when you just want to catch a switch up on flavor for a bit. 3 Drops gives you 3-6 nice drags. Hope this helps

They're sold as disposable. You may get another use out of them but you may just end up wasting juice on a dead cartomizer. It's sort of like washing and drying a paper towel. You can probably use it again but it's not going to like it was new. You can get cartos to fit your pv for about $1.25 a piece. You might get 5 days out of a cartos, so that's about 25 cents a day.
