I was previously unaware of the CDC's contribution to our current situation gee, thanks CDC!

The FDA, CDC, and NIH are collectively responsible for nearly exposing people to extremely dangerous, highly contagious viruses recently due to their gross negligence Maybe they should all figure out how to do their gosh darn jobs before telling the rest of us their "recommendations" bunch of ........ !!

First, start up Google.

In the Google search box, type (or copy/paste) these words

Press your "Enter" key.

In the list of results that come up, the top item (with a picture of a cigarette beside it) is a link to the entire op-ed article in the Wall Street Journal itself. "Finding" it through Google search does not require a WSJ subscription.
