I seriously need a valet. Or a better mental checklist.

Every once in a while I'll bring a mech to work, just because. Last night I was vaping happy with a new cotton-stuffed 0.5 ohm ribbon coil on an RDA, and thought that today I'd bring it in to work with me just because I was so pleased at how well my setup was working.

Put a freshly charged battery in the mech, topped off the RDA with a few drops of juice, grabbed my two APV's (gotta have a spare) and headed out the door.

And realized after I'd settled in at work that I'd left the juice sitting on my coffee table.

Well, it's nice to see that kind of thing doesn't just happen to me

Yup. Solution = REO. A grand or VV grand and you'll have 6ml on board when you leave home and no need for spare batteries or a second pv. A mini has 3 ml inside. When I used to carry my mini daily, I'd use a regular LR carto, so my capacity was 4 ml total. I had to carry a spare 14500, but nothing else most days.

Because of my job(s) and recreation, I carry a lot of stuff on my person every day and I have to have a lot of other stuff on hand (back pack - tool bag - tool boxes - etc). Reducing the hassle of even one aspect of my "EDC" ('every day carry' as the cool kids say these days) is incredibly liberating.

How about an actual checklist
I wrote my list on a post it note. It is posted on my mirror so when I get ready for work and get my things together I see it.
I know pretty simple but goes with the mental checklist
That reminds me of when I was talking to my elderly mother s few months ago. She was expressing her frustration at forgetting things. I suggested that she get a notebook and write down the things she needed to remember.

She replied that she'd tried that, but then lost the notebook.
