Walmart selling e-cigs

Has this been out for a while and I just missed it?? Never heard of the brand, but interesting that they carry them and the price isn't too bad! (I paid more than that for my OMG kit from the expo booth.)

Look at the bold sections there.... Arnt these the kind of unproven claims that are always causing trouble.

Granted its great that they are sitting in walmart that just legitimizes us that much more but seriously I hate when they put that crap on the boxes and ads.

Now I just wish walmart would start selling juice... Then again even if it did it would be some low quality Chinese crap

Actually I did but apparently they have to be screened by a walmart associate before they can be posted. The message after posting said it should take about 24 hours.

I think I might just have to order one and see what happens, then at least we'll know what it is and if they're actually filling the orders.

I think that those bolded claims are actually correct. What causes trouble is a company claiming that e-cigs are smoking cessation products.

Njoy Npro Express $29.99 @ Pilot Travel Centers. CVS has NJoy on their site -The more the better for us. Way to go Walmart!

I think it's ok to say, as well. Studies have shown that the carcinogens found in e-cigs are low enough to be GRAS per the FDA (in NRTs) and not "cancer-causing", it contains NO tar and it DOES eliminate the dangers of smoke, because there is NO smoke!

I answered too, but was careful not to look like I was leading them away from Walmart, so it gets accepted. But I still told them to do some research:

Yes, you will see and feel the vapor when you inhale! This can be a great starter product to introduce you to the world of electronic cigarettes. I completely switched over to e-cigs in August 2009 and haven't looked back. Be sure to do some research on them online - because there is a bit of a learning curve - but you'll be happy you made the switch. I think it's great that Walmart is carrying these life-saving devices!

This could be an excellent development. Get it into the mainstream and educate people more about them, before the FDA can get too far out of control on its regulations.
