Walmart has a reputation for selling only American gasoline. How many millions of barrels of oil are wasted running from store to store getting groceries at one place, tires at another, bikes at another, clothes at another etc etc.

Buying things in one place saves an economy billions (or more). Not to mention time and energy. If there was ever a place that saved more time, energy and resources it would have to be Walmart with a car wash and better restaurants.

Look at the bold sections there.... Arnt these the kind of unproven claims that are always causing trouble.

Granted its great that they are sitting in walmart that just legitimizes us that much more but seriously I hate when they put that crap on the boxes and ads.

Now I just wish walmart would start selling juice... Then again even if it did it would be some low quality Chinese crap

I wouldn't call chinese juice 'crap'. Chinese menthol has been my daily vape for 6 months, and I *really* like it.

As for the health claims..
First bolded one

No carcinogens or tar

Eliminate the 'carcinogens' part and you're golden. There's no tar in e-liquid.

Elminiates the dangers of first and second hand smoke

Absolutley true! There is no smoke.

I don't see any problems with those claims. There really are no carcinogens in e-juice - at least none that have been identified. Kudos to Wally World!

There is a tobacco specific nitrosamines in some juices that are actually flavored with tobacco. These are possible carcinogens (though this specific TSN was found to be non cancer causing in rats at doses significantly higher than the e-cig dose, and there are also TSN's in nicorette) . Sadly, it would be difficult to explain that e-liquid has a lower cancer causing potential than bacon.

The FDA claims to have found Carcinogens.

We dont know what the dangers of first or second hand are! There have not been enough studies we have assumptions and theories but no proof that sucking this stuff in 200 times a day directly into our lungs in a super heated state wont hurt us.

We really all ought to rush out and buy one even if they're junk. If wal-mart was making that kind of money on em you could bet they'd fight to keep em legal. On a side note do u think this means you can vape in wal-mart without a hassle?

Good question, I wonder!!!!!!

You know this is so true but it would need a massive swing in sales in order for that to happen...but it makes you wonder. I mean with the sales of smoking everywhere and NJoy they are willing to fight the FDA in court so i could see walmart going to battle if it is a top profit maker for sure!

Well, reporting in from Middle TN here I've got five walmart stores I alternate depending on what direction I head. None in MY town but oh well, I vape in every single one of them!

I usually like my manual 510, but when walking around a big store like walmart I like to put in my auto with whistle tip and walk around with it hangin out proudly. I DO get alot of people flat out walkin up askin about it, but oddly only once was it an employee. Then there's those that just fire confused/slightly upset looks... I approach them and set their mind at ease that what I'm doing isn't smoke (if they look friendly)

It is good to see these marvels finding their way into the mainstream. I have never been to a Walmart, but I understand that they are very popular . . . now if we could get a bunch of legislators vaping instead of smoking big fat cigars while cutting their back room deals, then I'd feel like we are getting somewhere! I wont relax until the legal status of e-cigs is settled.

Just because it's a carcingogen doesn't mean it causes cancer at any amount. The FDA found "trace" mitrosamines, which can be carcinogens. Only one of the nitrosamines they found is known to cause cancer and it was only in trace amounts. The same nitrosamines are found in trace amounts in NRTs. NRTs don't have to disclose that they cause cancer.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it! ;)
