im looking to spend around $60, i would like a kit type set, i smoke Marlboro lights, so that's the flavor id like to go with, im going with e cigs to stop my habit of smoking real cigs, which brand would you guys recommend for a beginner but still gives the effects of a real cig, there are so many out there i have no idea where to start, im not familiar with any of the terms that go along with e cigs so if someone would be kind enough to break itt down in plain English id appreciate it.

just go to the malls and try some out and come back online and get what you need

Some vendors will throw in 1 or 2 10mil. bottles with a starter kit, but regardless you will need more than 20mil. of juice plus you'll want to try at least 6 different flavours in the start to try and narrow down what types you like most.
ie. fruity, bakery, tobacco flavours.

To do this you may need to find a supplier that mainly deals in juice.
Most have 3-5mil. sample sizes for under 5 bucks each.
I went and bought large 30ml. bottles of tobacco flavours when I started and they are mostly still sitting here 1 year later.
They cost me over a hundred bucks, don't do that!
In the end the sample sizes are best to start. If you find one or two you really really like then order some 30ml. botts.
You'll be surprised how far 10mls. of juice will last you.

I vape mainly vanillas of different variations but also mix my own for even greater savings.(and satisfaction)
In the beginning though better for you to try store bought liquids to find the ones/types you like.

I too was very anxious to get up and running at the start but a little homework in the beginning will reap great benefits as far as finding what suits you best both in liquids and equipment. Everyone is anxious and overwhelmed to begin with.
Watch utube vids on the products you're interested in and learn what you can before dropping any coin.

Up front costs can be a little high but compared to a 2 or 3 month smoking budget really isn't too bad considering once you're set up the hardware should last for many months.

The replacement coils/heads generally cost between 1.50-3.00 and will last 1 week to a couple months each.

can u link me to the site that has this flavor?

also out of all the e cigs mentioned, which one would you consider the best for a beginner.

I really like mountbakervapor.com. Very fast shipping best prices, liked all the flavor I got. Plus if you order over 15 dollars worth they throw in a free 15 ml bottle of juice.
Pinkspot.com has very good juice but more expensive.

I started with A cig-alike style and quickly moved to an ego. You can find ego batteries at a lot of places. I now have what is called a mod meaning it had removable batteries, and usually has some kind of variable power (vv, or vw) I would recommend checking out YouTube and just seeing peoples reviews on things plus you learn a lot about what new on the market. Helped me a lot
