where can i find vapor wizard and bitter wizard?

Not sure about Vapor Wizard, but ecigexpress.com has Bitter Wizard; it does wonders for tobacco flavors that are just too sweet; when I vaped tobacco flavors, sweet was the last thing i wanted, but couldn't get rid of, even with the excellent Virginia by tobacco Express (also at ecigexpress.com), until I tried the Bitter Wizard. You don't need much!

So, I have some questions as I wish to be more informed on DIY mixing. But first some information:

I'm aware of the hazards of nicotine. so I'm considering about getting 48 or 60mg nic strength in VG and I'll be wearing disposable gloves and goggles as I perform mixing. also staying away from the fumes as well. when I feel comfortable, after experience I may go up to 100mg. may not though. But note I'm a very cautious person. the whole reason why I'm posting this.

My choice in most of the supply will be from WizardLabs.

I will be using a on-line calculator to figure out the correct solutions. And I may buy a testing kit, just to double check my nic levels.

I plan on buying in bulk. such as, 500ml of PG, 1 gallon of VG, 500ml of nic/VG I will mainly be focusing on higher VG then PG ratios. as I use a RDA.

now I have currently a small assortment of syringes for measuring. My mother's a nurse. so I can easily obtain more various sizes. here's the ones I have:

IMG_0339_zpsb1aaab6f.png

So this brings me to the questions part.

Is there something I'm missing to make sure I'm doing this safely? any recommendations to perform this more safely?

For flavoring in a 75/25 vg/pg - 80/20 vg/pg what percentage of flavor would you recommend?

should I bother with sweetener, is that something I'm going to need? or do most flavors come sweetened?

what temperatures should I store this all in, is room temp fine?

how long should I typically steep my e-juice?

that's all of the questions I can think of as this moment. thanks for taking a look at this post, if you have any information that could be of assistance, please post.

Thanks for reading.

I'm awaiting my first DIY order, from Wizard labs, coincidentally. I have been hesitant due to my paranoia about handling pure nicotine, but I did not know you could get PG/VG with your nic strength pre-mixed. I was surprised at how cheap it was...yea it was $6.39 (120ml, 12mg) compared to $3.19 for the plain, but that's still way cheaper than my name brand juice.

I'm keeping it simple for my first outing, so besides some misc supplies, I ordered flavors to make just one recipe....a Tribecca (my ADV) clone I saw on ECF (by PapaGeno21).

Acetyl Pyrazine (TFA) 0.4%
RY4 Double (TFA) 10%
Tobacco Blend (TFA) 1%
Cotton Candy (TFA) 1%

I'm a little worried that I chose the wrong Tobacco since there was nothing on TFA called simply 'Tobacco Blend', but we'll see. /fingers crossed

Also, I'm not sure if I missed it being mentioned in this thread, but you might find an e-juice calculator helpfull. I downloaded one and I already worked out the amounts I'm going to need for my recipe.

Kinda makes me want to stay with my syringes and UC. But hey loved the cat's cameo.

Lol Danny!
I was rushing making the vid, was spur of the moment.
I got that funnel on the way, so that won't be happening again (spillage).
And if you noticed, I didn't spill the nicotine !!! hooray.
lol.
Glad u liked Maxwell the cat !

p.s
For Zombo, it's ok if tobacco isn't dead on.
I replaced cowboy with virginia in a Freedom Juice clone...and it's still smells and tastes just like it !

Same with Tribecca.
Ry4 double 10%
ap 1%
EM - cotton candy burned 3%

Noooooo..... don't say that.
Digital scale is a must.
The spilled PG was just a happenstance...and perhaps tequila shots.

I ordered the funnel from wizardlabs...and that won't ever...EVER ...! happen again...lmao.

I pulled the trigger tonight on some Inawera Shisha Strawberry, which says it is "like a sweet strawberry covered in sugar." Yummmm. And also the TFA Blueberry Wild, which I hear is excellent. Can't wait for either one! :D

I'm a blabbertypist! :D

I'm also a housewife with not a lot else to do, a fast typist, and happy to try and give back some of what I've gotten from ECF... support, knowledge, and a friendly audience to those just arriving or having problems with various aspects.

But I've actually been vaping almost 11 months, since shortly after arriving here Jan 24 -- just had a bit of difficulty in the smoke-free dept, in the summer after my appendectomy.

Why on earth would I want any of that? I have 3 vv3s, a sigelei, a vamo, and a Fallen Angel... 2 kayfuns and a terrific carto tank. You could not PAY me to go back to clearos! No way, no how, no sir! And I wouldn't care for the istick, since I sometimes like low-watt vaping, and it runs too hot for that.

Andria

PS: I thought the nautilus SUCKED ROCKS.

These days I mostly stick to the Vamo and cartotank; they match, in lovely gun-metal, and even a gun-metal driptip. The cartotank seems to be how my current favorite juice tastes best, but I'm working on some DIY that I may vape in a kayfun; once I can get really expert at DIY and make my own blueberry muffin, I'm hoping to be able to make it taste better in a kayfun than the store-bought kind I have now tastes in a kayfun; it's a little sharp, but smoother in a cartotank, so I've been sticking to that. Inawera Cappucino is pretty good in a kayfun.

I make all my coils 1.8-2.0 ohms, and that works very well for me. My cartos are 3.0-3.2 ohms.

Like I said... you could not PAY me to go BACKWARD to a clearo. They're absolutely inferior in every possible way to a rebuildable, and as far as I'm concerned, the kayfun is the cadillac of rebuildables -- even CLONES of kayfuns.

Why are you so deadset on me a) spending money, in order to b) have an inferior vape?

I told you, I thought the nautilus sucked rocks. Aspire has nothing whatever that I want.

I see nothing ugly about a kayfun. Coils are a piece of cake to build and wick, and replacement coils cost LOTS OF MONEY. Making my own is DIRT CHEAP. And VAPE BETTER.

I have to agree with Andria. Kayfun's are a pretty good vape. I have a SvoeMesto Kayfun lite v2 plus clone. It does an excellent job and can provide a good, warm, dense vapor. Although, I am hooked on RDA's now. The longer I've been vaping the more desire I've had for huge clouds. They seem to keep me happy and analogue free.

I just have a couple of Tobeco clones, and the day I got my first one, I put all my clearos in the back of the drawer. Recently I tried one out again... ok for 2 hits, but on the 3rd hit, DRY HIT, ack! Which told me, they haven't improved one iota, whether with stock coils or coils I made and wicked... so I stuck it BACK in the back of the drawer and now stick to my kayfuns and my cartotank.

Am I the only one who thinks hardware "mini battles" are amusing?

I've really been torn on getting a Mutant Slug...say that outside of a mod-knowledgeable vaping circle and see what kind of looks you get...

Okay, back to the kayfun-fun.

I just can't figure out this need to tell someone who's perfectly happy with their vape, what they "need". I don't go around telling others to ditch their current setups because Kayfuns are so much better -- if they express dissatisfaction with their clearo(s), then I'll certainly tell them how much better kayfuns are, but otherwise, I figure they're vaping the way they want to. *shrug*

I love cartos and cartotanks too, nevermind that they're "old tech." They work great for me, and I can't tell a bit of diff taste-wise between a Smok and a Boge -- Smoks soak up juice faster, I do know; my Boge cartos seem to take 3 times as long to get soaked. I really hate 99.99% of RDAs, but others apparently think they're the next thing to the 2nd Coming. *shrug* I like my lil Igo-S for tasting, but otherwise... gimme a big tank! :D

I finally found out what a Slug is. :D :thumb:
