It took my about a month to completely stop analogs. I'd have one on the morning and one on the way home from work - the two times when my
nic fits were the worst. Don't be too obsessed with when you completely switch (unless it's for severe medical reasons of course), just know that
it will happen.
I had a relapse last week after 3 months and bought a pack.

Got through 3 and had to force myself to put it in the trash.
I have to admit that when I got up today and realized I'd be home by myself all day I actually thought for 1 second about getting it out of the
trash can.... Thank god it's trash pick up day!
It's one of the hardest things to quit cigarettes. This is the easiest way to do it. IMHO of course.

You'll get there.
And I started with 36 which was too high, cut to 24mg, and just went down to 18mg. Which is probably why I relapsed.
Find what works for you, don't worry about the level.
