Want to try rebuilding vivi nova

Hello all, I got a vivi nova style tank from totally wicked. Just want to know where to get wick and wire to rebuild these. I am looking to get around 2.5 to 3 ohms on the coil. Also what size wire to use? Thanks.

If you haven't seen this yet this is the best video imo to rebuild the vivi. I got my kanthal wire from Ebay. Now with wick there are a lot of places that sell silica. I say it's best to rebuild with silica first then if you feel ready you can try cotton and SS mesh.

I purchase my materials on ebay:

Resistance Heating Wire Kanthal A1 32ga 100ft | eBay
2 mm Silica Wick | eBay

However, you might want to consider 34 gauge if you're aiming between 2.5-3 ohm.

With 32 gauge coiled around a ~2mm screwdriver, below are the resistances achieved based on my experience (measured with cheapo DMM):
4/5 wrap = 2.2
5/6 wrap = 2.5
6/7 wrap = 2.7
7/8 wrap = 3.0
8/9 wrap = 3.3
9/10 wrap = 3.6
