hey guys
i was just wondering if you guys could give me some suggestions as to a unit to use to vape while i'm driving, as my piddly little 401 doesnt hold much juice. i know that the 401 runs relatively cold compared to the 510..... and i really dont want to compromize flavor by using a unit that burns warm. what do you guys think might be a good unit for me to branch into for driving that would hold about a ml and wouldn't be too hard to get the hang of from such a simple unit ?

Reo grand is hands down the best mod I've ever owned and its especially nice when driving. Fill it up with juice and a fresh battery and your all set for a day or two of vaping. I would recommend a reo to anyone, they are just that good.

There is a huge demand for the reos so getting one may be the worst part about them. I think a new batch of them are going on sale tomorrow (6/17/11) so if you want one you shouldn't have to wait long....

Have you tried cartomizers they hold alot more juice than a cartridge. You can also get a 401/510 adapter and use a larger ego battery with the cartos and not have to fill or charge as often. If you get the adapter then you won't have to compromise loosing the 401 flavor. I personally do not like the 401 and found that both the atty and the carto are very dry tasting. But with a bigger battery that may change I have not tried it.

i haven't tried them, no. the place i have been getting my hardware from only carries attys for the units, and living in canada, i've been wary of ordering elsewhere because of the sillies at customs. i originally got the 401 because the veterans that advised me in the newbie forum let me know that the 401 is the coldest running so you get more flavor. my friend got a 510, and i wasnt really a huge fan of it in comparison to mine.... i direct drip, so i can only fit 2 drops on at a time. i do love my 401, just find it aggravating to have to bring someone with me as a dripper when i leave town. i'll have to see where carries them although i'm honestly looking to try something completely different from my 401

Hey ames001!
Just to give you an idea of the Reo price...
I have a Reo mini... aka my "sweet pea", she's green and black and has become an extra appendage, lol! Anyway it was about $145.
I got 4 IMR AW 3.7v 600mah batteries for $38, you honestly only need two. I've tried several attys with it and my personal favorite are theCisco 501 1.5LR's. 2 for like $20.
I highly recommend this mod! If you want something that holds more than 3mls, grab a Grand, it holds 6. It's just a little too big for me. I feel like I vape constantly, yet only go thru 1.5-2mls a day. I read about people vaping 8-9 a day! Good luck!
