Well, Boge does make hard caps, not JUST the soft caps. LOL. They come in a box, though, not the blister pack. I've had those, and I can't get them to take a refill very well for some reason. End up blowing out a lot of juice and wasting it or tossing the carto after one filling, and that's too expensive.
I seem to be able to refill even these hard capped Boges several times with no loss in performance.Need> This is for a developmentally delayed client I am working with, after some eduction the office allowed him $30 to get a vaporizer. He has been using my gear(SD juice box and lil chuck) for 3 weeks now and worked hard to get the funds to spend on it, he will have more in the future to put towards atts batts etc.
Right now I can send $30 via paypal for some sort of a 510 setup that would include a battery and charger, hopefully at least 1 atomizer and as I said I will provide the cartridges and juice.

The only e-cig dealers I know that take PayPal are in China. If you don't mind about a 10 day wait, try HealthCabin. Or maybe the classifieds here on ECF...most of those folks will take PayPal payments.
I just looked around in the classifieds and didn't see anything that was still available...but new listings go up all the time. I'll keep looking as well...we'll find something.

We trade (or just give) what ever we have that we can spare if someone needs it. Sometimes we just "want" things and if someone has extra of that thing, they will share for nothing or make a trade of some kind that is e-cig related.
