I have been keeping up on this. I already emailed the 3 previous winners to get an idea of what they already have so I could pick out the best kit for them. I was waiting for the 4th winner.

Well ya cant force her to take it...I would send her 1 more email and set a deadline for her.If she dont want it then its on her. Besides theres always a 1st 2nd and 3rd.....4th normally just gets a hand shake and a pat on the back....lol
Also you could just give it to some one else or save it for next time(if there is one)
