Karr: the 808 should work just fine on the 901. It's my understanding that they have the same threads? It should also charge on the 808 usb charger. I *think* those are multi chargers??
No, Bug. There's an airflow problem. You gotta have an adapter or do surgery on the connector.
Good news is the surgery is easy IF you have the right tools. I'm hopelessly lost right now looking for the link. Hopefully, someone can find it.

KR808s will thread on but have no airflow. Have to use a 901-KR808 adapter.
808 chargers will work with 901's.

it's as simple as a small drill bit behind the threads (don't try to push it through the second (center) connector though) but tiny drillbits like 1/16 or 3/32 or something like that

Thats is a piece of cake on a stock 901 battery, not so easy on a 905.
To drill a hole through the treads at the proper place you would have to drill through the ring of LEDs, which would not be a good idea.

I am trying to build some mods, I have been doing some research and will be posting a detailed HOWTO when i am done. Please RECYCLE your old parts to me, and also if you have any extra supplies that could help me build a mod, i would greatly appreciate it.
