WARNING!! get back ups!!!

OH NO!!!! I've had my Twist for all of 8hrs.......dropped it! I broke the threads off the bottom of the protank! I do have a second tank, but am now sharing with my girlfriend! The good news is a replacement base is only 89 cents. so when I order a second starter kit for my girl I'll be ordering half a dozen protank bases and a 5 pack of coils. The lesson for all noobs like myself is get back ups of the basic maintenance stuff too. It's cheap and you won't have to wait 3 days to get back up and running. Bite the bullet and get em' when you order your kit.

Your protank is glass so u want a back up for the entire tank. If the glass breaks a replacement base isnt going to do you any good just grab some evods as back up they are cheap and function just as well imo. And keep an eye out for the protank v2 that will be comming out soon it looks promissing.

I ran out of wicks/ coils before. Slight panic set in. I now have a couple tanks and what could be a year supply of heads. Plus a couple of back-up batteries. Its funny, when I smoked I never worried about running out, as long as I had the price of a pack I was all set. Now that I vape, the need for the right supplies is never far from my mind.

B&M's are getting pretty common yoy should do some google searches to find one near you even if they are a little overpriced it would still be a good failsafe.

That's a good point and a good tip for all beginners - Supplies, your gonna need em' and need to be ahead of your needs. It could mean the difference between vaping and going back to analogs.
I know there are some good beginner vids on youtube but has anyone put together a complete beginners guide?

i carry 2 complete setups at all times, i've had to swap batteries before and i've had to swap tanks before, back when i first started with stick batteries 2 weren't enough not even close lol had to break down and buy a disposable a couple times
