Hello.

Im very new here. I am usually on that other forum. I am not affiliated with creek products. But I use them a bit. For one, I think it should be said using E liquids are completely at your own risk. Dont you think so? And don't you think that user error is an important thing to talk about? I blew out atomizers due to user error twice (over filling) Not the certain juice I was using was bad. And I NEVER drip straight on the atomizer. I think that advice is BAD unless you have NO other option to save your atomizer. With that said I have used creek juice without any problems. Stick with filling it only to a very slightly moist amount in the cart, dont worry, you can always add more later! :D

Hi bribri:

Wow! So Johnson Creek is still not for everyone and not for every device yet. I'm sorry to hear about your atomizers biting the dust, but thank you for your comments and for being so open.

Just the same, Smokey Joe, one of our moderators, has suggested to me that I start a new thread since this topic has gone off its course for the most part.

well, after loooong wait I received my samplepack(VG-high) from Simon 2weeks ago, really no throat hit at all ,(and yes,it is the new batch).and I have to say that 2 atomizer are gone (one 901b and one of my beloved cigar),both clogged up.
my stupidity didn't stopped here, after that I mixed one of the little bottles with high nic(36mg),then after a while started to clog my 3rd atomizer, but could save that one.I'm blaming no one except myself..
I really wanted to like it, but I'm very disappointed.
I still have them ,if any one want,PM me,before I trash it.

Yea this thread is a bit missleeding with JC's new stuff. I just got the latest batch from JC (high) over at e-smokeytreats to test this out on my 901 and there is loads of vapor!
I was laying in bead, streaming that new tv show "My Own Worst Enemy" (Pretty good by the way) via hulu com to my PS3.

I was in a cloud of bliss :thumb:

I examined my atomizer after several top offs and it still looks new to me. I do agree JC need to come up with an Extra High 24mg as the kick is mild. I'm okay with that though, and the droppers are perfect.

3-4 drops in a cart and I'm gtg.

I checked with the FDA and they do not have certification for what they sell. Apparently they used a broker, registrarcorp.com to get a number for a food processing facility, which any one can get in a matter of hours. Pay registrarcorp.com a couple of hundred dollars and you're good to go - until someone checks - then you are in big trouble with the FTC, FDA, ICANN and all your customer's are entitled to refunds and damages in a product liability, fraudulent merchandising class action suit. Watch and wait.... this is outright fraud and if anyone gets sick from this stuff I woudn't like to be in their shoes. But then I wouldn't ever think of doing anything like this, I'm not that stupid or brazen.

JC doesn't state or display FDA "approval". It clearly says "registered". There's a difference.

I've been using JC (2nd batch) for six weeks and have had 2 atomizers die. However, it wasn't because of the e-liquid... it's because I was an idiot and burnt them out in week one.

I don't think JC is jeopardize their time, money and rep by publishing falsities. They're not quite Big Tobacco yet.

BTW - I don't know of any other US E-liquid manf... I'm a little more concerned about importing this stuff sooo... let's try not to jump to conclusions and f**k it up for those of us who order from JC and others.

That's from the FDA!!! Check it out yourself:

www accessdata.fda.gov/SCRIPTS/cdrh/cfdocs/cfRL/rl.cfm

Put in their number (14732819018) and see for yourself. Just more proof of the $ greedy bs tactics that will ruin it for all the honest people, as usual....

Their juice may be good - but if they went so far as this to misrepresent it, what else will they lie about! This is a Federal Crime, not some kid with a box of food coloring.....

Copy their site and certificate now before they take it down and disappear.
Are you a lawyer? Cause your post sounds to me like you're trying to drum up some business, if you're not it sounds to me like you're praying for a class action lawsuit so you could make a quick buck.
The fact is we don't know that much about the risks of inhaling the substances in e-liquids and we're all (vaporers) basically guinea pigs at the moment and we take that risk for whatever reason. To me, the fact JC even applied for a registration # with the FDA makes me comfortable using their product. Even if they didn't, I feel more comfortable using their product then getting e-liquid from China or any other country. I'd make my own if I weren't so damn lazy.

Did you contact them directly with your research? I'm assuming you didn't... let's hear what they have to say.

Use SEARCH Burnt, and you will find perfect explanations of what the FDA-registered at JC is exactly about; and that it is not fraud or fraudulent.
Also, digging up this thread might add to the uncertainty for new members (and so potentialy hurt JC's chances for survival) - but again, if you have searched for threads and actualy read them, you do know full well that while JC-juice certainly had an unlucky start, they did take matters well into their hands and fixed what needed to be fixed about any clogging-issue - resulting in no more complaints as to clogging nowadays.

So you are in fact trying your best to hurt one of the very few 'all-american' or even western-world manufacturers on anything e-cig concerned that is around... how smart is that? Or is this exactly what you are out to do? I have to wonder...

Dude, look at the page you reference - it is for the center for devices and radiological health. I'm willing to accept that your intentions are honorable, but you are allowing ignornace to skew your comments.

1) Rgeistrars are not only acceptabel, but used by most companies with FDA registration. It is an *adminsitrative* function. It says nothing about what they sell.

2) What certification, EXACTLY, do you expect to find for a product that is not regulated?

Your eforts may bring harm to a legitimate business. If you have a leginitamet gripe about JC, then, by all means, air it out. But this is pure unsubstantiated FUD.

Yes, I contacted JCSJ and never got a reply. So I went to the FDA and RegistrarCorp and got the facts.

You don't need to be a lawyer to know the law... Gee, I'm sorry your honor I'm not a lawyer but I can swear that tree was doing about 80mph....

Get real. If I was fishing for sales I would have sent you to my website, right? Listen I'm doing you a favor with the truth. I didn't buy anything from JCSJ because of this - now maybe you've given me a good idea. I'll buy the stuff while they still have the fraudulent registration listed...

I'll do that right now! Thanks.... done! Now to find a lawyer... any recommendations?

As I said, I checked with the FDA - their registration was disallowed. They may be nice folks in every respect but this is outright misrepresentation. By having "FDA Registered" in an official looking logo on their homepage and posting an invalid "certificate" (which is NOT from the FDA at all) with a registration number (14732819018) that is NOT REAL or VALID for any type of establishment. Stop the BS. Their are plenty of All-American fakes and frauds. They are not only dishonest in this respect but really stupid.
