I can actually believe that my home state would do this. Shameful, and Washingtonians are smart enough to know better than that IMO.
What is really dumb is that they legalized another type of drug, but then want to tax the ecigs that did help me quit smoking.

"There was very strong, fierce, overwhelming opposition from the Senate," Carlyle said. He plans to revive the electronic cigarette tax proposal in 2015.

Good to hear this. Hopefully when I come home to Washington state in 3.5-4 years, everything will be copacetic still, as I won't have a stockpile of nic built up.
