Water in E-juice

Besides thinning the juice. What else does water do to/for the juice? I've noticed when cleaning out the pipettes and other equipment that the flavors smell stronger while I'm rinsing the utensils then they do right out of the bottle. I haven't been adding water to my mixes. Should I be?

Water is used to most often thin VG juice that people don't want PG in. Some are alergic to PG and some just want the naturalness of a VG juice. If you thin a juice or add water for any reason, use distilled water only. Tap water has a lot of contaminates you don't want to vape. There is a big difference between drinking water that goes into your stomache and vaping it into your lungs.
