So I'm doing another batch and with the Vivi I was wondering why I would not want to max thin my juice. DIY people posted 4% water or so would be acceptable +/-. In thinking about the matter, I was wondering why I would not want to add, say 2% water, to my 90/PG 80/PG juice. The thinner the juice, the easier to wick and the better the flavor right? Any reason not to add some water to go for better thinning?

Uhh, I think you either made a typo or are confused

"to my 90/PG 80/PG juice"

That ratio doesn't make sense to me. Its late and Im tired, so maybe I'm missing something.

Ratios usually are in the format PG/VG

I wouldn't put water in my juice but only because there are other things which would not only thin the juice, but would make the flavor better also. For instance: Lemon juice, vinegar, PG, alcohol, etc, etc...

Oh, do you mean 90VG/10PG? Sorry about that

Flavour Arts Italy adds 10% purified water to all their ejuice and nic bases (not flavors) they sell. There must be a reason for it. I started adding 7 to 10% filtered water to my mixes and so far, so good. Maybe it helps the pg and vg to mix and gives the flavor a boost. Not sure but there must be something to it.

For the newbies, he means GRAIN alcohol or vodka, not isopropyl or rubbing alcohol. I have seen that question asked in the forums far too often.
