Way BETTER than expected !!

Got my Volt PT today ( and wall charger and the Sampler Pack of cartos ) !
All I can say is WOW. And I do mean WOW. Not only was the Ice menthol Fantastic , but the PT is SUPER COOL ,
Light weight and Consistant !! Exactly what I was wanting. I can not wait to try the other flavors.
The 6mg nic level I got was perfect for throat hit too. I might have to move up in nic level for another brand 6mg was not strong enough to control the cravings , when I first started.
I feel very good about this Company ! I already know the Customer Service is GREAT , The product outstanding. But more importantly the FRIENDS I have made and the SUPPORT that I have gotten HERE on the SI Thread.
The only thing that would be better is if we all lived in Ohio a block away from SI and could have a starbucks for a monthly get together.
I can not thank you guys and SI enough as I look toward the future of being smoke free !!

very pleased to hear that your purchase was worth every penny especially because you were definitely divided in which company would get those $$$ in the beginning! Very awesome outcome for both you and SI We are glad to have you among us as well. I need stronger than 6mg still and I have been vaping for over 4 months. My recommendation would be 6mg of your FAV flavour and then stonger for when you are struggling with nic withdrawals. I have some lower and some higher depending on my needs at the time.

The 6mg is PERFECT for flavor and throat hit. ( SI and V2 menthol ). I could not go above that in PG which both are.
I was able to go up to 12mg in the VG Juices I have tried and the throat hit was great , vapor even better ...but flavors lack in the VG. I might just buy some plain VG and try to mix with the higher PG flavors.

I was suprised to see that SI Menthol juice was pink and ALL the other menthols were Clear. Maybe some one at SI could comment on that ?

All in All , SI has a customer for life for equipment and hopefully Juice after I try the others too.

I'm so glad you like the PT...and the menthol. First is finding hardware that suits you, then flavors you like. I have quite a few flavors I like now but can't stop looking for more all the time. lol

Ya know, the dork that I am, I actually researched V2's menthol, and it was like 58% PG / 35% VG / + other stuff (their menthol was the only one that was that low in PG as far as I could tell). I've also found SI's nic to be a little more potent than others I've tried. I'm down to 6 now, and whenever I try the 12s, I get a little jittery and it has that slight peppery taste. You could try going with the 12 and adding in VG, but my only thought on it is that you'd probably be diluting the flavor too...not for me: I'm a flavor junkie!

Maybe that is why I love their Menthol the best so far ? But I treid their 12mg and it was too harsh. I want lots of flavor , very little throat hit and decent vapor. so far the 12mg VG gives 2 of three and the 6mg PG gives the best flavor.
Trying to mix and find a combo I think will be KEY to me having complete success.

You could try buying both 12 & 6 and mixing them together to get 9. Or get your liquid from a liquid place - almost all of them will do 8 or 9 for you. I did that for awhile, then consciously made the effort to get it down lower (fought through withdrawals - started with 12 though, for the first coupla months). I think unless you make a conscious effort to quit analogs at 6, success might come really hard, especially coming from Marl Lights (your brand, right?). I just did some quick calcs, and with the metabolic and absorption differences, nic strength equivalent is around 8-12 mg for Marl Lights Reg, and 7-10.5 mg for Marl Lights Menthol...just sayin...
...then maybe finesse how you hit it to lessen any harshness...sorta like the difference between gulping down a domestic beer vs. sipping and savoring a fine wine kinda thing...vaping's a little bit different from smoking.

Why is that? I was smoking Marlboro lights 100's for 11 years. Since i started vaping with the volt i never smoked again, didn't even need to smoke. I wonder what kind of chemicals they use on analogs.

What nic strength juice are you using, Konstantine?
I was like that too - started vaping, and never needed or even wanted another analog again! I smoked Virginia Slims Luxury Light Menthols (120s) for 30 years...but with some people, it's a little tougher, especially when the nic is too low...the nic absorption and metabolic rates are a little different too with vaping.

Yeah, see? I bet if you stepped down to 12, you'd still be OK...especially if you get the jitters at 18...but you're in Greece, so maybe stick to 18 in case I'm wrong!

I tried 12mg too, my RY4 is 12mg and i see no difference, i may only vape a bit more but not much.

Thank you for the info. I did not know there was anything concrete on the nic level for analog to vape. I smoked the Marb Menthol Lights and a pack a day. I have been mixing the 12mg VG with the 6mg PG. I diffinately like the throat hit of the VG but not much flavor. I will keep trying that is for sure as I too want to succeed.
