I have been using ONLY smokeless images products for over a year now. For the most part I have always been satisfied. Customer service was great, I had a few dud cartomizers and they replaced the entire pack for me. Leaps and bounds better that when I was using Blu. I've turned my family and my friends onto vaping instead of using the stink sticks, and pushed them towards SI as a supplier.

My problem is that over the last few months I've been getting what seems to be inferior quality products. My clearomizers have been dumping liquid, burning liquid, clogging..etc. I ordered several new ones hoping it was just that mine was getting old. Each one did the same thing. I contacted support and they suggested I try a T3 as the "sweetness" of the liquids were causing this to happen. Oddly I had gone months without the issue, then all of a sudden i couldn't get a clearomizer to last more than 2 weeks. I clean them, the same way I always have, they do it again halfway through my first fill. So I bite. I buy a T3 and wait it out. It gets to the house and I fill it up. Vapes great, no leaking, great product...seemingly. I was sitting on my couch and it dropped to the floor. Two feet. tank cracked where the plastic meets metal. Spilled out an entire fill of nicquid. Bad luck I think. Ordered a replacement and wait it out again..it comes, I fill it and leave it sit while dealing with my kiddos. I come back and it's empty. I think maybe i didn't screw the bottom on tight enough and refill it. Another tank, dumped out. I look closely and find that this tank is cracked right by the metal ring again.

I contacted support, got an email saying they don't warranty cartridges but drops 35 points into my account to cover the cost of a new one less shipping. I've ordered the new one, and we will see what happens but I'm really starting to question the QA department on the products. I've also recently ordered a battery that would not charge properly out of the box, which thankfully was replaced by SI as well. The support still seems to be spot on and they seem nice enough still...but I'm very concerned at the product quality.

Has anyone else been having issues with their stuff for the last 3 or 4 months? I hate to switch companies but I hate to waste money even more.
