We need someone thats good with FLASH! Hear me out!

I'm sure there are quite a few "Webmasters" on here. I'm one of them. I run an electronic music forum for the midwest. Most of my demographic are young smokers and I would love to run free "PSA" banners about e-cigs.

We need something that is flash so it can be easily resized and we can animate it so its more catchy and appealing, plus it can contain more information via multiple slides. The point of the banner would be to point people seeking more information to this forum.

I'm sure there are others out there with websites they would love to run PSA banners in their promo space in order to help campaign e-cigs.

So we need two things.

A flash designer and Ideas on what to put on the banner exactly and and how to deliver the information in a way that does not come off like a sales pitch but gets people thinking.

Im interested to hear response to this idea.

There's tons of companies watching these rankings and e-cigarette-forum could easily hit 10,000th of all the web in no time it's 20,000th now!
