Just got in and apparently got an order in--got confirmation email--but I also got "An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

This transaction has been approved.
It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.
"

We shall see.

This is the exact message I got after placing my order. Has me a little concerned. Sort of reads like they charged the card but can't process the order lol

Yea, I got the same message, charge is pending on my card, but I did get a confirmation email from Ben, will have to wait and see if it actually went through though and I receive some juice.

I know. I used a cc that has enough money for that order, but not room for much more. I was scared to go in too big.

This is the same problem they were having right before they shut the site down almost 2 months ago, and at that time it meant the order didn't go through.

We've closed the site down and 13 orders were placed with 115 non-finished attempts and 300 users attempting orders. This was all over the course of 10 minutes (two 5 minute blocks separately). Once the site reached some point of "overload level" traffic (I don't know yet what that number is) it began to have trouble juggling and handling IP addresses and whatever else is associated with customer order flow. (Edit: took a phone call here)

Further researching shows that our data center set us up for the wrong plan allowing only a 100 or so connections. We're getting it bumped to 600 for now with our planned dedicated server to come later. I don't know how many connections a full server will give us but I'm hoping even the 600 connection temp fix will be adequate.

I'm hoping to have the website back up and running in an hour. This will at least allow us to get to our order capacity and piss people off for a totally different reason (<--- the last part of that should be taken jokingly)

I got the same confirmation email too. Still not sure whats real and whats not. Now the site seems to be in constant 403 ERROR.

Thanks for the update! Can you give any info on how one would know if his/her order was successful?

Unfortunately, it's not much to joke about anymore....but hope you get everything worked out.

wish you would have stockpiled more while you were down....not sure if it's the site or not but bobas is out of stock with everything but 6ml already? GJ too???

I was wondering if the available stock was all of it, or just what was available today? I really can't believe that was all of it, but maybe? Gamel, if it is really coming, will be good though.
