I don't know man mine always gets to me amazingly fast and I'm in Maryland. I just hate when it's Saturday and it gets stuck at the last stop before it reaches you and then sits there till Monday

Let us know once you can actually track your package and see it moving. Otherwise there have been discussions on other threads that people are getting phone calls from "Sam" at AVE that people are getting false tracking numbers because they are being sent out by mistake.

I don't intend to beat a dead horse, but where is an update? It's been 3 days since anything was even mentioned by AVE. A quick, "We're working things out." will be very sufficient. I know that a lot of ppl are awaiting a single word from them about the website. I'm supposedly receiving my order tomorrow, but that doesn't make things alright, because there's everyone else who didn't even get a chance to look at the website let alone buy anything.
Thank you for giving a voice to at least my experience. I like Ben, and so I have been being mostly silent; however, although I got on the site on Monday, I couldn't even get registered before it shut down. I shouldn't have put juice in my cart because of the time it took. I have stayed home every morning to allow me to be refreshing the site hoping for a chance to register and maybe get some juice. I must have 100% VG and cannot vape the stuff that smells like perfume because of family members here with asthma. I have needed to order for over 6 weeks now. All I can vape is Ben's juice (if you know of other juice with No PG, even in the flavoring, that doesn't have a strong perfume-like odor, and is fruit flavored, please, please PM me.
I am not totally crazed because of a wonderful forum member, Beetle72 (Chris) from Tulsa, OK, who sent me a 30 ml bottle only used out of once, of Very Berry Blue, one of my two favorites. I can vape for another week. For the last 3 days almost every post seems to be from someone who got an order submitted (and, yes, even in your frustrated state I envy you) wanting to know how soon it will be at their door. Hearing someone remember those of us who got shut out almost took my breathe away. Someone remembers we are still here.
I do not doubt for a moment that Ben is working top speed at significant problems in his end. I can live with that. But, I could have freed up my time and met with clients around the lunch hour, when they had time available, had something been posted saying that nothing was going to happen for say 2 days or 3 days. Eastern Daylight Time is 11:00 am for 8:00 am PST.

That would require them to go the extra mile. They ain't going to do that. They are a good company but not a phenomenal one. They could've been sending juice to their resellers too like smoktech and clouds of vapor. Idk why they won't do that either.Someone mentioned ebay earlier in this thread i think. A good temp fix until the site is up and operational(days?weeks?) and a win-win for everyone: customers get their long-awaited juices and Ave gets to unload their stock. I'm sure the missing cash flow must be be hurting somewhat.
