So....if we got the confirmation email our order went through? I'm not even sure what I ordered now, lol, I was trying for both BB & GJ, I think the one that went through was GJ but who knows? If anyone wants to trade a little BB for GJ, or vice versa, hit me up. Guess I won't know which one I have til it comes in the mail, IF it went through.

I sure hope so. I got the confirmation email but, unfortunately it doesn't give the item purchased in the email just says thanks for shopping and an invoice number. Can't login to the site either....login link does nothing more than refresh the page..

Please no. Use the method I outlined in another thread. There isn't a specific account home link (yet, I am going to have this created) but you can access the same area by clicking "Wish List" from below the shopping cart.

It'll ask you to log in and once you do it will direct you to your "wish list" area in your user home.

From there click your "orders" tab. This will give you your order status: processed = paid, complete = shipped out, any other status will let you know what error occurred, e.g. not finished, failed, ...

I did that, but there was no option (at least I didn't see one) to submit payment for "not finished" orders. And when we had this problem right before you closed down the site in April, all the "incomplete" orders were deleted and the pending charges refuded.

Im not sure but if you did get to pick a item then check your cart. If its there you probably logged in....then thats just what I think.

Oy, I can't create a new account. What is premium membership vs. no membership option?
Tried to save new account info. and can't sign in. Bummer

I didn't even bother trying to get on first thing. Waited an hour hoping to avoid the chaos just so I can re-register and setup my account...that way all I have to do is process a cart.

Feel bad for all the folks that tried....you all got charged but not processed.....just like last time. I have a feeling Ben will be listing hundreds of invoices set for refund. (just like last time)

My experience with Chrome was less than stellar. The formatting of quite a bit of it is unusable. I successfully registered, no problem. I could find no way to easily get to my account info to update my address. I had to put something in my cart and start the checkout procedure before I ever got a link to my account info. Once there, the add adress pop up was unreadable or usable.

I switched over to Firefox and logged in. Same deal with accessing my account info, however with FF I was able to add an address to my account. The site seems to work better with FF than Chrome. At 11:39 CDT 315 Anonymous Users; 192 Registered Users online.

At least I got registered and account updated with billing/shipping address.
