How come u got to complete an order and I keep getting a contact us button? We're both there at the same time!
I ordered on Tuesday the 18th. Site was up for 40 minutes or so. Got my order today. Don't know what's going on with your situation but good luck. Hopefully they'll be back up for good next week.

The site seems to be running, but I can't order anything. Is this a glitch or do I have to send them a message of what I want because of the issue? I messaged them by asking this same question, but they haven't messaged back, and I think asking here will be more quick.

Ave isnt opened for ordering atm. Site is up so people can look around, register etc.

I hope they're up for ordering real soon lol... I'm running dangerously low on my other juices and have been completely out of my AVE for quite some time now. I did get a little GJ from a generous member of the forum, but I'm now out of that too. I have money in the bank set aside for 100ml of Boba's and 30ml of Bee's Knees. Take my money! Lol

We are closed for the time being but our focus is on opening up this week. Many have noted the "Wish List" button isn't available right now, this is one example of something that will get fixed quickly before we open (and by "quickly" I mean, within a short time frame.) I'm not the only one working on this and it is the weekend, so expect the delays that occur over weekends.

I'm just now learning the management area and the rest of the website. I won't be opening up until I've completed that task and have run quite a few test orders through the paces. As well, there are some graphics that will need to be fixed, pages to be created, and a few tweaks to the products and how they display.

For now we are open in "catalog" mode with an intent on getting the "wish list" button added as soon as possible. Before that happens I hope to have the product detail pages displaying differently, so that the products we "wish list" into our carts are the same ones we will continue to have on the website.

Once we are open there are quite a few things to take care of like making international shipping a possibility and automating a few processes that will expand our ability to take care of our customers and their orders.

Things are getting done but temper that with the weekend and the associated delays it brings.

Going to place my first order with you in perhaps a week.

Hope you are ready for the load of traffic you will get. From perusing the threads in here I would not be surprised if you don't have several hundred orders when word gets around that you are up and shipping when that happens. And perhaps I am being very conservative.
And if peeps don't receive their orders quickly and steadily over the next month, you will do irreparable harm to your business.

Several hundred orders a day is "normal" and all that's is going to be possible. That way, "peeps don't receive their orders quickly and steadily." No single person or company can make every single customer, or would-be customer, happy all the time, so striving to make the site and business more able to operate smoothly is the best bet. That bet was wagered and is going to pay out shortly.

AVE was offline for 2 months yet still has droves of people lining up to buy their juice. Nevertheless, I'm sure Ben is waiting with bated breath for your first order so he can get it out to you quickly, before "irreparable harm" is done to his business. :blink:

Didnt see it listed here so I'm repostin from the official Ave facebook page, 23 hours ago:

"We are closed and the website is in Catalog mode as we finish completing the website. The Wish List button will be added before we open and some more content will be added. Let me reiterate, we are not currently open but the new website is available for viewing until it becomes available.

We will have some indication of "open" or "closed" beyond the lack of an "add to cart" button during downtime.

As for orders placed on the interim website a few days ago. All orders are now shipped and on their way. We will be staying offline until the new website is ready to open, which at this time it is not.

I hope this is a clear update that shows where we are in this process and what is ahead. Please be patient over the weekend and this coming week as we address these concerns and complete the new site."

They close the store at 300 orders, capacity for the day. (so I've read) This happens in about 10 minutes.
