I am aware of your growing pains and so on, but it seems like every week I have someone asking me about e-cigs.

I tell them your liquids were a big contributor to my success of dumping smokes for good.

I understand that when you have reached capacity every day you need to shut orders down.

Here is the MAJOR downfall I see to your current site operations.

You obviously have a coder or more for your site, but the problem is once orders are shut down the whole site is virtually shut down.

Now this should be easily achievable (from a coder myself) leave the site open, but shut down the ordering process. Put a big banner across the top of the site saying "CLOSED! You cannot place an order until we are open at ... !"

This way potential, current and future customers can read reviews, browse products, the site, etc... To find what may begin to full fill their needs on their road to success of dumping the gosh darn stogies! :)

I know your hands are full right now, but this should be a simple fix that would take less than an hour even for a new bee coder.

Hopefully seen as constructive criticism,

Realm

That's the way it used to be, I'm sure when there finished it will probably go back to the same thing.

I'd like to officially ask for two weeks. Just gimme two weeks and I'll take all the feedback you have, but until then the website is going under constant revisions and updates. Our recent openings were for testing only and not an indication of our normal operations. I cannot impart enough that the website is still very new and generic. It is a placeholder, of sorts, to allow us to setup the server and test traffic. Basically, we know it sucks and knew it would...granted I didn't fathom it would be this bad but... it is just a placeholder.

Two weeks and then I promise to take feedback and react to it like a psychotic rodent.

Be prepared, it's not a pretty sight when he gets like that. I took this picture of Ben while he was preparing for a meeting with his payment processing people

In all seriousness, I'm looking forward to everything settling down and returning to normal (both for my juice desires and for the remainder of Ben's sanity). I have other juices that I vape regularly that are tiding me over and am taking this opportunity to try some new things, but I'm also setting some cash aside for a nice big order once AVE is ready for it ;-)

ok, it's not 2 weeks, but ...

from a customer service perspective, an order limit of 200 ml per day per customer would certainly ease the angst of all the regular and potential customers

of course, that would make more work for the AVE crew, instead of one customer ordering 600 ml, you'd have 3 customers ordering 200 ml ... but they'd be 3 happy customers ... just my :2c:

From what I understand, and I could be wrong, is that AVE limits by orders and not by juice volume.
So 300 orders of 30ml. Or 300 orders of 600ml. won't make a different.

Ok Porphy, we'll give you two weeks. But just this one time. Then we'll need your time sheets punched and verified. One more thing, there'll be manditory drug screenings this year so make sure ya pass it onto the developers.

This post has been brought to you by RedhatPat at 3:54AM on a Sunday morning.
