I know you guys are very busy so I know this will take time but there are a few things I'd like to mention that would make shopping on the site a bit better.

Better battery descriptions, I'd love if you would include the measured length of the battery (most helpful for new people) and mah might be good for the techie people. Also include the color the LED is on each battery and how long the cut off is.

On the kits if you allow them to choose either manual or auto batteries put it down in the description, a new person might not realize they can choose.

For the juices I'd love it if you would let us know if they are the same recipe as the cartomizers. I know it's been said that the 20ml refills are not the same but this is going to change when the new stock rolls in. Some will be the same and some wont.

I was just looking at the batteries and agree the descriptions werent very clear, it was difficult to decide.

If they put drop down menus to customize the kits it would make it easier for everyone, that way the realtime inventory system could be more accurate too instead of Joe Bloggs saying yeah i want a battery this color, this one that color in my kit, then someone else ordering a battery and them not having that color in stock, same goes for the cases and stuff too. Also it would help people who forget to list things in their kit like the strengths of the carts they want etc.

It would be a lot clearer for whoever was packing the order too, the only reason i had an order wrong once was because they didn't read the comments section properly. Not that i really cared because i knew the guys would take care of it, but it could be quite beneficial i think

another thing that would really help is if there was a spot on there for new people. I know when I placed my first order being entirely new to the entire e-cig thing I had NO clue what I was really ordering and looked all over the site looking for tips or advice on what to order

I would hate for this to come off as critical in any way, because I believe this is such a great company and service... and I find it quite easy to find what I'm looking for on your web site, as it is.

My suggestion:

Have a "what's new" section, that lists new products, flavor updates, new shipments/stock resupply, etc... just so it's clear what we're looking at. Yes, I realize you can sort the product sub-sections by "newest," but it doesn't quite make sense all the time. Example: 12/18: new mint cartos in stock, new formula, more caramel taste... err, something. Most of the updates seem to come here on the forum, but they're hard to track and access all the time. Still love the updates though!

I think there should be a drop down bar for batteries one for each size. In the drop down there could be one logo it full logo,battery color and maybe led color. That would clear up a lot of room on the page and make it less confusing to new people. and maybe when the new vg carts get in have two tabs at the top of the cartomizer page....one for all vg carts and one for pg carts.

There was such a huge demand I'm surprised they lasted as long as they did. As I nurse the ones I got.......
