I'm a marine that recently quit smoking and went to vaping. With my field time and deployments i will be tempted to smoke again.
I would like to build a mod with enough battery to last a week of vaping. I was thinking 2 23350 running 3.7 volts for 10,000 mah. In a aluminum box that also has a charge circuit and a tank or juice feed system. I would like it to be rugged and all internal to reduce the chance of damage.
I guess what I'm asking is help to design and build my mega mod for long durations without power. Thanks for reading.

Id suggest looking into a portable charging device. They make them 10000 mah and even higher. Its basically a battery pack with a usb port. Ypu can charge your egos off one as well as your cell phone or whatever else.

I have one that i take camping wjen i can manage to get away for a few days.

Vapor Joes - Daily Vaping Deals: Who wants a 10000mAh Box Mod?
Something like this might do the trick for you as would charge ego's or could be used as ecig. With a few vivi novas or something similar it could last the time needed.
Might also be able to carry in pocket and use mini passthrough while on the move.

There was mod built a while back called a "battlebox" ( I think ? ), built for the same reason you want.
It was a VV box mod built into a water proof pelican case, with a water proof switch and sealed 510 connection.
The voltage display and potentiometer were internalized with only the switch and 510 connection
cut through the case and sealed. I would consider a recessed, or at least flush, switch to keep it from
firing while in your gear bag. Or maybe, it would be best just to put a cutoff switch inside the box.

If you don't want VV, all you would need would be a switch and connector with the batts wired in parallel.
Even with two batts, you would prolly have room left in the case for spare atty/cartos or even a tank.
Though, you would prolly want another case to carry juice and whatnot in. Two 26650 batts would give you
10,000 mAh, but I would re-think a built in charger because it would take forever to recharge.
Seriously, most on-board usb chargers are only 500ma, and that would take days, not hours, to recharge
a 10k battery bank. If you are using an Ego, I would just stick with whatever atty/carto/tank you are
already using. Any kind of juice feed system would just mean more stuff that could go wrong.
Remember, in the field, "KISS" is your friend.

note- if you are going from an Ego to an unregulated PV, you might want to bump up the ohms
on whatever atty/carto you are using. Most Egos are 3.4 to 3.6v's and an unregulated PV will
start off at 4.2v's and slowly decline from there.

I would consider myself a moderate user, and a 2000mAh IMR batt will barely last me a 12 hour shift.
10K mAh may not be quite enough for a full week. Of course, there is nothing that says you can't
wire 3 batts in parallel.

So, one case for the PV and one case for your atty/cartos and juice, and you should be covered.

And remember, we appreciate your service, and try to stay safe out there.

Well, he is looking for something that he can use on deployment, and those backup chargers aren't exactly built to be tough.
Whatever he uses has to be rugged enough to be carried with the rest of his "battle rattle". Even when he is sleeping,
he has to be ready to move at a moments notice, and having a charger sitting out with an Ego plugged in
would mean having an unnecessary delay while unplugging, wrapping up cables, and stowing away extra gear.

That charger, by its self, is as big as the Pelican case he could use for a mod.

Of course, if he wanted to get really simplistic about it, he could just carry 10 Egos in a case.
But, that would be more expensive in the long run.
