I've been having issues with sleep this week. For some reason my body clock keeps waking me up at 2:30am this week. I get home from work and am exhausted, fall asleep who knows when, and wake up at 2:30am every morning. I do eventually get back to sleep..usually around 3-3:30, but this is getting old. Anybody else? My body clock has never been one to wake me up (even when I'm supposed to get up at the same time every morning).
