I thought that blue was high voltage, purple was medium, and red was low? Is it backwards for batteries?

Also what does the different voltages actually do? I've heard burn hotter. What's that mean? If a hotter burn then does the coils gunk up less? Go through juice faster?

Yes the light indicators are reversed on the passthrough. I think they are mad by a different company.

The higher the voltage indeed the hotter the coil will get and the faster it will heat up. This will allow you to set the voltage for the best vape on the particular carto or atty you are using. Sometimes 3.7 is too much and you might want to drop it to 3.2. Maybe I want my Vision to slam me so I turn it up to 4.2. Just lets you change your experience. Choices are always a good thing.

I pity the fool that doesn't have one of these

I really, really like mine. In fact, I just realized that it's what I'm vaping on between keystrokes right now :vapor: I thought when I got it that I would keep it pegged at 4.2V constantly but I've learned a lot through using it and observing how different juices taste at various volt and ohm combinations. If I didn't have one of these I'd have to pick one up  It's pretty much the least expensive piece of hardware I have and the one I use the most
