5 minutes to midnight here =] If I take long enough to type this out I will be able to get a numbered post and not just a chat! Whoop! Did it! Today, 12:07 AM

1- Hi all you night walkers.

Ha! Night walkers! I LOVE IT!!

2. Another day sitting here in the pit. I have another med board coming up, and not sure if I want to try and stay in or not...

What does this mean? I think I know... and if I am right, you need to sit down, think about it long and hard, and see what else you want to do that wouldn't be as hard on you - the wife would need to be a part of this since moving may be a consideration. My question is will you retire or will you have to deal with getting medical coverage on the fly with all of your old battle injuries?

Lisa Congrats on the New Position!

Thanks, Love!! I am so grateful for this opportunity! I just need to put in these last couple of weeks and then I'll slide right over =] I am so excited! I have a new jacket coming in :/ I need a bit of a wardrobe update since I will be on evenings with a larger patron base and not in the middle of the night with the zombies!

1. 6/19 - I missed some previously discussed topics, half on purpose. I usually try to avoid discussing politics, especially online. To put it simply, the human race has a long history of doing awful things to each other. Sometimes it's really bad, and sometimes not so bad. Looking back at the last few hundred years alone, things are slowly getting better. It could certainly be worse. That's obviously just my opinion, not a fact that I insist everyone must agree with.

As far as law enforcement and the courts are concerned, I've been on both sides of that battle. It's not completely corrupt, at least not everywhere. I really shouldn't say anymore about this topic either, there are other places on the forum for that.

3- Yes I have talked to the wife about it, she is really excited about the prospect of me not being in the military anymore. I would be covered for both the current and any upcoming issues that might arise from all of the exposures that I have had during my exposures while in the military.
I would also be both paid a dividend on my way out of the military, as well as a monthly stipend that could be more that what I would make on a military retirement anyways with the issues I have due to burn pit exposure, Depleted Uranium, blood, and other unsavory things you endure in a combat environment.
I also am already looking at a few job prospects, some have been chasing me for a few years and shed tears when I re-uped the last time, they too are hoping for me to leave and have several locations that I might look at going to once I do depart the military.

What kind of smoked foods does everyone like? I have to start getting some recipes together to use on my incoming smoker =]

So Lisa, does the circus know you're leaving yet? Or you just waiting until the last minute? lol

Everyone has been told. The psycho said that she wished she'd known about the position being available so soon because she'd have applied for it if she kept the same pay o_O I was kind of shocked :/ Thankfully, someone watching over me dropped it into my lap <3

This is GREAT! Good for you =] Yeah, think about what you want to do if this post is too rough...

Schnarph! I am on the second day with an 18650 battery in the mech! Still hitting hard and no problems with the button, operation, or anything I can find :/ The copper is darker now, more of a brown, which I am fine with. I do like those pictures you posted about different copper reactions! Very pretty =] I am going to stick to plain unless I get it engraved... I have to think about it for awhile. Co-worker just came by and showed me a nice 'curly-cue' corner punch he got in =] It gives me ideas about etching or engraving the mech LOL I showed it to my buds and they thought it was really great to know someone so talented LOL

jpf880 - I hope all is well with you and your beloved wife =] and that she continues getting stronger daily, as you mentioned previously <3

Yeah, StevesCVO, I leave this group, but you know every department or job has some issues =] I am just glad to be given the opportunity to get out of this environment... That will be 8 people leaving in 3 years come August and the newest hire just told me he doesn't think he will stay any longer than May of 2014... he did mention that he is a bit concerned about being the only person working with the psycho because he would be forced to take the brunt of the abuse. I told him to report it, that was the only option...

Just stopped in to say g'nite..... & Congrats Lisa......

Thanks liblue1 and get a good rest!

Anyway, I hope everyone is safe and rest well and the rest of us 'night walkers' are bright eyed and bushy tailed :p

3. 6/19 - If someone told me I would like fruity vape flavors a month ago, I would have laughed. I'm glad I kept an open mind, this stuff is pretty good. DIY strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry is a nice dessert vape. I've reached my limit on cookies for the day. Actually, I think I've just about reached my limit on the day itself...

Have a good rest everyone =]

Sky, I saw this vid of a plane crashing and the people screaming, running, and talking pictures. It ended up being one of 'your' planes but it looked SO REAL! And the one in the vid wasn't some little handheld thing either, it looked pretty BIG!

5- Ya they can be huge, some are 50 and up to a 75% scale, those take a special permit to fly them at most fields though, and cost a lot of cash.
Giant Scale RC Airplanes - The REALLY Big Ones! has a few pics, and a video of one with 4 motors worth about 5-8 grand each crashing
