Chat- About 15 years ago or so I lived in a place with a swamp cooler in OKC, try and find somewhere that has a block of ice, should be a bout 4-5 bucks, open the side of the swap cooler and put it in there, turn back on and wow what a difference that will make.

It really sucks here. Pushing over 110, only a swamp cooler... Need to get a freon(?) boost for my car. the air works but not nearly as well as it used to. any suggestions on one of the (must be easy) inexpensive Do-it-Yourself A/C car kits?

I took your coffee ice cubes advice and made a rack. what a HUGE difference it makes!! still poured the extra strong hot coffee over ice, then quickly transitioned into my mug full of coffee cubes. was awesome and not diluted at all!
i may try this concentrate as wellthanks for the advice!

the swamp is on the roof and i am sans ladder.. the requirement for our next pad will be a/c, i dont want to go another summer without it! worse is during the monsoons, its 100+ degrees and the humidity makes the swamp ineffective and not work.
