Hey gang!

No time to catch up now, busy weekend continues to be busy.

All softball (mostly) related of course, two softball clinics yesterday, plus planning for next weeks travel team tryouts. I fell asleep watching Mod Envy last night!

Today was two soccer games for the youngest, and now that dinner has been consumed, I thought I'd pop in and say "Hey gang!" Before I head out to the baseball association board meeting in 20 minutes!

No rest for the weary!

While you are at it, if you feel like repeating yourself for the umpteeth time, what is the best battery for my Smok ZMax? I read all the battery blogs etc. and came away confused. I am sorry for being so dense when it comes to power but I do not understand protected/unprotected and all the other stuff. I have heard not to buy anything with "fire" in the name for safety reasons. I have 18650 EH IMR (2000 mAh, I do understand that a little bit) batteries now, but I have no idea what they are. They were recommended but I would like to know why? I also read that the 2600 mAh really don't provide a much better life span than the 2000. I would like a longer life span because I vape a lot. Have I mentioned that I love to vape?

I can't help you there, sounds like a question for Schnarph.
I like to vape like I smoked, simplicity. I bought a pack took out a cig, lit it and enjoyed. Now I prepare my tank put it on my eVic set at VW and I enjoy. I don't need any other device I'm satisfied, BY THE WAY RAYN, THANKS FOR CARRYING THE eVic, BUT HOW ABOUT DIFFERENT COLOR TUBE & TOP CAPS. I do like many different color VVV tanks and due to CC issues I keep to only a few vendors I trust, mainly VVV.
Which brings me to a question I have for you DIY people. I WANT BISCOTTI FLAVOR. Does anybody know a recipe? My liquid vendor makes custom liquid, I just need the percentage of different flavorings (equal to 100%). I found NicQuid makes a good one but I don't want to order from unknown (to me) vendors. Thanks

You should always use a protected battery in a mechanical device.
VV devices have protection built into their circuits.
Li-Mn batteries are safer than Li-Ion.
Higher mAh = longer use time assuming used at the same voltage/wattage.
Higher Voltage/Wattage drains batteries faster.
confused yet? :)

Actually, no! I understand everything you said. I think the IMR means LiMn right? or is it the LiP0? I never remember how many oxygen there are so I left off the subscript on that. Or is it none of the above? What is the IMR?

My ZMax is VV/VW so it is protected by definition and I have no mechs...yet. Thinking about playing around building one someday. I can build a computer but have a heck of a time learning the software I install! Protected batteries for mechanical devices. Check.

Thank you Ray!

Hey, I am not very sophisticated. I have the ZMax for it's simplicity. I felt the need of the VW for simplicity as well. Some of my tanks just didn't work well on my evod battery no matter what the ohms of the heads and the VW is a set it and forget it type of thing for the most part. Also, I wanted the RMS setting and it was way less expensive than a Provari. Don't need no stinking Provari although the constant voltage is an interesting plus, I suppose. I would have to try one to see if I can notice a difference. I doubt it, but who knows. Anyway, I fill a tank and vape. Pretty much same as you. I just don't understand some of what I am doing.

# 4 for 08/25 (I think)

I so love this clove. I hope there is no downside from chain vaping or long term effects because I foresee a lot of juice going down. If I don't sleep I can vape 24/7. I can vape at work. I can vape with a smirk. I can vape a clove. I can vape at the stove. Dr. Seuss, eat your heart out.

I have tried everything, made every mistake and learned from them all. I've improved on every idea and have reached a point of happiness I will not risk by changing what I'm doing. I tried dripping recently and it's not for me. I find the best way to try new flavors is in an un-punched carto, because a carto is what I'll be using in my tank. If I test a juice and like it, the carto gets punched and placed in a tank. I put a colored rubber band on the bottle that matches the tanks color. Again Simplicity. I got lucky with the eVic, it was my 1st non-ego type device and I love it. Is there a better device out there? Probably, but for me, it does what I need excellently. It's "set it and forget it" design is simple, I slightly adjust wattage for different juices with my thumb and it sets proper voltage for me. I'm lucky that I found my all day vape because I don't make any adjustments 99% of the time for the last several months.
I am experimenting pg/vg today, I had ordered my ADV in 50/50, I've always got it 60vg/40pg and am about to fill my black VVV with the 60/40. The 50/50 has been in the white VVV the past 24 hours. It's a better experiment scientifically if you see the results in black and white.

I really like the idea of color coordinating bottle to tank. In fact, I would really like it if I had tanks in colors (I know, I know, all I have to do is order). I will order some un punched cartos while ordering cartos and tanks from Ray. You have good ideas there Rat!

And I am still chuckling about your black and white scientific method. You really should post more often! I need to laugh as much as possible. Natural pain killer, doncha know!

I think AW is the brand name like the *fire* kind I am supposed to avoid. The IMR means something different, I think. Two blind mice, two blind mice....we are the blind leading the blind I think and it's not very nice.

LOL!!!
Okay I messed that up. AW is IMR. i mean efests are ion, correct? are AW IMR ion as well, or Li-Mn??
hmmmm. i thought i had this all figured out.
