I hate dealing with banks

I can't think of anyone who does like dealing with them... For the most part the only time you have to Deal with them is when there is a problem.....

Strider.. You don't have to go.... Sometimes i do a short post without much substance... Just to say hi, or goodnight... It also helps me know where I have read up to......I don't think anyone here thinks that about you.....

Not to belabor the point or beat a dead horse . . . However, I cannot agree more with what is being said about some of the "simple" posts here . . . Although in some contest threads they are very acceptable and the rules even say that is all you need to do to enter . . .

"Ray" has been very clear what is and what is not acceptable . . . ​

AND- Even though I know he has not been a complete "stickler" (like the 12 Midnight) - IMO - Hopefully, people would read what he has asked of "Us" all and follow those . . .

Simply put - it is called "RESPECT" . . . Just Sayin' . . .

Stryder you are not guilty of spam/redundant/non-substantive posting...
Often times use of an emoticon says more tHan words can and you generally add to the conversation(s).
We aren't post-nazis here and you actually care...

If you feel a certain post is completely without substance, but is conversational, fine... don't number it!

What 4wheeler has been doing has been the equivalent of posting "count me in" five times a day...
That is why iT's getting on peoples nerves (most importantly, Ray's)

Thank you, for your vote of confidence. I felt certain that I understood the intent of the rules but was unsure of how "my" posts were being received. I was prompted to do some introspection by that post.

You are very welcome in this thread. I am not the person who runs it I was just trying to give 4wheelin a word to the wise. A lot of times posts don't have to be long, sometimes a post just to say Hi is all I do, but the same words everytime you post is going to be considered spam. Short post, long post it doesn't matter but the same thing everytime? Strider I sorry if you took my post the wrong way, I meant no harm.

I feel like I received the intent very well. I am in agreement with your logic and no harm done since it has been clarified. Thank you.

I would submit an open invitation now though that if anyone ever becomes annoyed with ME they can PM me so as I can clarify my actions or alter them.
I did this for 4Wheelin because I see his posts here as not being indicative of his typical posts elsewhere. Giving him the benefit of the doubt I clarified the general consensus here, or at least my interpretation of it, to him.

This is not an entry, more of just a "poke in" to see what all goes on in this thread. I've not been in one of Ray's threads before, to my knowledge, but seeing that l_strider_l and Uncle were here, I knew there would be other fine people here as well. It's gonna take some time to catch up on the conversation but just wanna say Hi to everyone and thank Ray for the contests.

Hi folks! Ordered my first tanks from VVV today, based on the great stuff I've heard here on ECF. Haven't tried 'em myself yet, but at the price for the economy tanks and the great feedback I went ahead and ordered 3. Saw this thread and figured I'd throw my hat in the ring for a 4th.

Okay, I'm a little confused now... i see the dates you guys are putting up with your numbered posts. Is there an official forum time we are going off of for this? I'm on Hawaii time right now, so have been trying to stick to that... is there a different time-zone I should be following?

Ray has been (so far) flexible with time-zones for daily posts... he's on central and that is the official contest time-zone. I wouldn't push too far from central...

Okay, sounds good... I've been trying to stay close to Hawaii time, when in all actuality I'm about 2 hours earlier than Hawaii time. (middle of the ocean on a ship). Hawaii is 3 hours earlier than PST... so midnight Central should be about 6 or 7 hours later than me. Wow... that's going to be rough LOL

So... back to everything else.

Did anyone have any advice for me on type of wicking for the kanger protank head rebuilds?

Ima a tad late getting here as usual.
What a bizarre weekend. An event that i was not at, due to working other shows on saturday, erupted in a bunch of drama that can only hurt my town. good came from it, as it put a shmuck promoter on blast and drew a lot of attention to what a scandalous lying sack of crap that he is. bad thing is, i have a show planned with him for september 14th. i am strongly considering pulling my name and involvement from the show. feels like career suicide on the dancefloor after what happened.

other than that noise, it was a great and enjoyable weekend!!

hope everyone is having a great day. i got a lot to read up on, not just the previous posts in this thead, but the rest of last weeks contest thread. this is the only time i wish yuo were all less chatty kathys and more Silent Simbahs? lol...
