Yep I'm a volunteer as we all are
We fund the bands outings last year we had to make $500 per kid so they could play at the chick FIL a bowl
We did it!!!
Nothing big planned yet this year.
Tonight is an away game. I'm not chaperoning on the bus if I can help it got that shirt.
Too bad we are only pulling one trailer this year. We did the 2nd one last year.

Have to pick up kid sometime tonight.4: Good for you to help your own children as well as others. I was able to go to a different state with a school program due to other's working to make it happen. Don't get me wrong I did would I could, but without other people helping it would not have happened. So thank you GaMtnGirl for me, because people like you helped people like me.

I'm glad to do it for the kids. I think parent involvement is a must!
When he ran track in Mississippi we went to every meet brought blankets h2o etc. followed the bus and even had equipment on a couple trips. We were the only parents that ever went to a meet... I even took kids from our apts to school (about 2 miles) because the bus was too full. Most of them were track kids. Parents now days are over worked and just don t seem to have the time or they just don't care.
We live in a small town 1 high school only half the kids graduate most of them with honors. The others get kicked out (illegal substances)or drop out to work

I was feeling a bit sullen because I heard the news my favorite hole in the wall (insert joke (or whatever!) here) concert club is closing it's doors after nearly 40 years of launching the careers of many big name bands.

5: Too cool sky!! I have heard that there are model battleships that can be directed in motion and can also be used to shoot bee-bees to hit other model boats. I have no proof of them but it would be cool. Well so long as it was a game of fun for everyone to lose a model boat.

I'm having a great Friday night. My two year old seems to have gotten the explosive vomiting bug going around at daycare--three sheet and wardrobe changes since 8:30. Someone mesmerize me with vaping gear/talk so I get the image and odor of kid cuisine yak out of my head.
