weird cotton taste

i am using tsunami 24 with ud clapton and koh gen do cotton pads and the cotton taste never stops i've used it for about 1 hour and it doesnt stop plz help

Hi Kastik,

my first guess would be hotspots in the coil, since it's a premade clapton.
So i'd thouroughly pulse/strum/tap/pray to the coilgods to get any eventual hotspots out.

Could also be too little or too much cotton. If you haven't tried it yet, try scottish roll wicking.

You might consider using rayon for wicking if the issue of bad cotton taste persists. Rayon does not produce any inherent flavor and instead only releases the flavor of your juice. Not tried using cotton myself so will not disparage its use, only observe you're not alone in complaints with cotton.

If the cotton is getting stuck or not passing freely with light resistance through the coil, you're using too much.

Check for hot spots while dry burning!

Also keep your wicks very moist..

just notice it was the eliquid that cause that horible taste i used it on my ijust s and i had the same taste thanks for the all the suggestions
