OK I just found this on there facebook page
"Hello facebook friends,

As you may or may not know yesterday 10/11/12 we launched our brand new website. During the importation of customer order history data the system triggered some emails stating your order had been received and was being processed even though you may not have placed an order yesterday.

Please do not be concerned there has been no order placed and nothing has been charged t
o your credit card or account. Rest assured no personal or financial information has been effected or released by this event. We again would like to offer our apologies and thank you for your understanding and patience as we make improvements to our systems with the goal of making your experience with Johnson Creek the best it can be.

Lastly, if you did in fact place an order in the past 24 hours, rest assured your order was processed and shipped as normal, which you can verify by logging into your account. If you do have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate contacting us via email at support@johnsoncreeksmokejuice.com or call us at 920-545-2030.

Sincerely,
Robert Kieckbusch
Executive Vice President
Product Development
Johnson Creek Enterprises"
Just wanted to let anyone else that got a email.

I was going to suggest you check your credit card statement LOL, but 0.00 is 0.00.

maybe they're sending you a gift???

maybe it was a computer flub,,,,,,,

I'd email them, though,,,,,,just in case they got hacked. That's all you need with your credit card number in their system. At least that's what I'd worry about,,,,,,,although I'm not 100% how these things work.

Did anyone else get a weird email from Johnson Creek? I haven't ordered for them for a long time but I just got an email saying thank you for your order.
imported product
I-oe_productstandin1 $0.00

That is strange. Don't answer the email, or open any attachments, if it has one. Call them on the phone and discuss it.

If you haven't ordered from any online company in a while, it might not be a bad idea to log in to their site and delete your payment info. I did that with several sites I did business with a couple years ago and slept better. There's really not that many, when you think about it, who need to have your cc number(s) on file, if you don't have ongoing regular payments or similar.
